Each package includes a free version of Microsoft Outlook 2003, MAPI mailboxes, Active Sync, Roaming SMTP, Outlook Web Access and Outlook Mobile Access, as well as public folders, shared calendars and shared address books. The Professional pack also includes an additional 1GB mailbox storage. Additional upgrades are also available, enabling customers to add POP3 mailboxes for £1 per month, additional storage blocks of 250MB and additional Exchange mailboxes.
