Popular Web Hosting and Design Provider Completes Implementation of Newly Acquired Web Design Service

OVERLAND PARK, KS – November 1, 2007 – Aplus.Net, a leading web hosting company and Internet solutions provider, announced today that it has completed integration of its newly acquired WebImage brand into its regular company operations.

Aplus.Net acquired WebImage, which had been founded and based in White Plains, New York, at the end of August, 2007, and then spent the following weeks working to integrate the two companies. The final steps of that integration process were completed this week, according to company officials.

Although logistical issues dictated a period of transition from an operations perspective, the striking similarities between the two brands’ business plans — both focus on providing premium but competitively priced Internet presence solutions for small businesses — had ensured an instant and long-lasting compatibility. In addition, steps were taken to make certain that the WebImage brand will retain its identity within the Aplus.Net family of products, which were revised to make way for the new service.
