Electronic Communications Unlimited, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Florida Wireless

Announcement is ECUi’s initial major acquisition. Company purchased assets of Florida Wireless earlier this month.

Electronic Communications Unlimited, Inc. of Orlando, Florida has recently acquired the assets of Florida Wireless, a broadband wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) and wireless network design and implementation firm.

Florida Wireless is a name that has been respected in the Wi-Fi industry for over 4 years throughout the state of Florida.

ECUi intends to expand upon the Florida Wireless network through a newly formed partnership with Airpath and the Airpath Provider Alliance program thereby permitting new and existing Florida Wireless client’s access to a global roaming network that links to other wireless Internet service providers, and to Airpath’s major roaming partners around the world.

ECUi intends to further expand existing Florida Wireless offerings by providing network equipment to the public through online sales to promote additional growth.
